What do they do?

As you can fathom from the name of the products, body protectors are designed to protect the majority of your upper body, both in the saddle and on the ground - absorbing impact from a fall, a kick, or being stood on. In doing so, they shield internal organs as well as protect the chest and ribs, and prevent soft tissue injury. However great their protection may be, there is no guarantee they can eliminate injury completely, they will reduce the risk and severity of injuries for sure!

Shoulder Protectors

A massive 22% of equestrian injuries requiring hospital treatment are to the shoulders. Shoulder protectors are designed to defend the scapulars and ends of the collar bone.
