We hope you love everything you buy from us, but if you want to return your purchase to us, then we're fine with that too.

You have a generous 60 day period to return an item purchased from our website for any reason - whether you want to get it in a different size or colour, if it's faulty, or if you've simply changed your mind.

We have a 60 day returns policy. Please ensure unwanted items are returned within this period.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event one of our products is faulty or you are unhappy with the quality, we'd like to help you resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Please contact our customer service team in the first instance and we will promptly look into your query.

After speaking to us, please return any such items, by post or using CollectPlus. Please note your reason for sending it back to us on the returns form.

What is your returns process?

Simple returns or exchanges

To help us to help you, please ensure your item is returned to us within 60 day days of purchase, unused and in its original packaging.

Enclose your returns slip or a copy of your invoice with a brief note to advise the reason for return.

When you send us your return, we recommend posting it using a tracked delivery service for peace of mind either via the Post Office or using the CollectPlus service

Please note, you are responsible for the cost of return.

Remember, if youíre not sure which product to buy, donít hesitate to contact our customer service team who will be happy to give you more information. Itís important to us that you get the best horse riding product for your equestrian pursuits.

Urgent Replacements

If a replacement is urgent, it is quickest to place a new order online first, then return the existing item marked for a refund.

Have you received my returned goods?

You'll receive an email to notify you as soon as we have received, checked and processed your refund.

In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email within 10 days of returning your items via a tracked service such as Collect+ or ReBOUND, or 15 days via an untracked service, please contact us.

Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers from a collection service or courier when you contact us.

How long will my refund take to be processed?

We will notify you by email when we've processed your refund, which we aim to process within 5 working days.

The length of time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider.

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

If you are a customer in the European Union you have a legal right to cancel your online purchase with us for any reason. If you wish to cancel your order you must tell us in writing or via email within 14 calendar days from the day after the date on which the products are delivered. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice, such as a certificate of posting. You must return the products to us in accordance with these terms.

UK CollectPlus Returns

CollectPlus is a convenient way to return parcels 7 days a week via 5,800+ locations like

  • local shops
  • petrol stations
  • universities
  • shopping centres

CollectPlus is trusted by thousands of busy people every day and is open from early morning until late evening.

The process is very quick and easy and you can return parcels with that are up to

  • 60cm x 50 cm x 50cm in size
  • 10kg in weight

How it Works

  • Ensure any outbound delivery labels are removed or covered, and your parcel is securely wrapped before setting off
  • Visit to find your local CollectPlus store or text COLLECT and your postcode to 84555 (e.g. COLLECT SS3 9SL). Texts from 84555 are free to receive. Texts to 84555 are charged at your standard network rate.
  • Purchase your returns label for £4.49 from the CollectPlus website
  • Enter your order number and your email address
  • Print and attach the label to your parcel
  • Drop off your parcel in your chosen store and collect your receipt and a tracking code
  • You can track your parcel yourself, at
