We offer a 60 day, easy return policy for unwanted items. We ask that all items are returned to us in a clean, unused and resalable condition, in the original outer and product packaging. Please enclose your return slip containing your order ID. If you no longer have your return slip, please write your order ID clearly on a piece of paper and include this with your returning item(s), this information can be found on your order confirmation.

On the rare occasion you have experienced an issue with the items received, please contact our dedicated customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.
Channel Islands customers: Please register your return here using a courier of your choice.
Once your return has been delivered and signed for at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 working days* for your refund to be processed.
You will receive an email to confirm once your refund has been processed and funds should appear back into your account within 3-5 working days, depending on your original payment method.
*During our busier periods, please do allow 8 working days before contacting our customer service team.
We do not offer an exchange service at this time. If you require a different size or product, please do return your item for a refund and a new order can be placed for your preferred product.
+ In-Person Returns
If you wish to return unwanted items in person at our Head Office you must first register your return online.
You can visit us Monday - Friday between 11am - 5pm or on Saturday between 9am - 4pm to return your items. Please ring the bell at the front door and a member of staff will assist you.
+ TDS Rewards
If you return an order that accrued rewards points, they will be deducted from your rewards points total.
If you return an order that accrued rewards points and have subsequently redeemed a voucher generated from those points, the monetary value of the redeemed voucher will be deducted from your refund.
If you return an order that was partly funded by one or more rewards vouchers, the amount you paid will be refunded and any valid points will be returned to your account.
