Ideal if you spend a lot of time in the open air, these smart trousers from Baleno are made from a superb weatherproof material that’s also extremely soft and comfortable to wear.

The tightly woven 100% Peach Polyester fabric keeps the wind out, while a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating means that water beads on the material for quicker dispersal. Inside, there’s a lining with a water repellent coating, a maple-tex climate regulator and a TPU membrane, all of which keep the weather out while allowing water vapour from perspiration to pass through to keep you comfy.

You’ll find that the fit of these trousers is superb, thanks to their softness and flexibility. What’s more, the knees are pre-formed – that is, they’re cut to be articulated for an ease of movement that has to be experienced to be believed. The fabric is abrasion resistant too and totally silent when you’re moving.

Best of all, the Sheringham trousers are very well provided with pockets, including two handwarmer pockets plus leg pockets for storing all your essential items for an enjoyable day in the countryside.
