Hi Svenja,

Thank you for your feedback, and we're very sorry you had to wait so long for your refund. Your return reached us and we issued the refund on 15 September. However, PayPal declined that payment because there was an open case on the transaction. We should have noticed this sooner and let you know.

Your refund has now gone through successfully. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Returns are charged at a flat rate, which is shown on our returns page before an order is placed.

We'll share your feedback with the team.
