Equilibrium looked at every detail when it came to creating this popular fly mask, to ensure it is not only effective against flies, but also comfortable for your horse to wear all day. Plus, it covers your horse's entire face from ears to nose!

The mask is constructed from tough UV protective mesh, blocking out over 70% of harmful UV rays, whilst the rigidness of the mesh over the face allows it to sit away from the face and keep it structured. Comfort is key for when a horse is wearing a product for longer periods of time, so having adjustable fastenings and elasticated bindings allow for the mask to fit securely and not move and irritate your horse; as well as featuring a soft padding at the nose and brow.
Equilibrium also investigated the little details to ensure maximum comfort, providing full protection from ears to nose. Therefore, our ‘horse-shaped’ ears are generous for those who need a little more room; similarly, if your horse is sensitive around his nose, the detachable nose piece allows for extra protection for those who are pinked skinned or more at risk to sun burn!

What inspired the Equilibrium Max Full Face Fly Mask for horses?
Timmy, who if you haven’t heard of him before, is the reason behind Equilibrium Products. He was a very sensitive soul who started head shaking as a youngster. This led to the development of a fly mask that would fully cover his face and the Field Relief Max was developed.

Important Information

Delivery Issues: If you experience any issue with your delivery, please contact us within 2 weeks of your dispatch date, so we can help resolve it quickly. Our delivery partners require us to raise any loss or damage investigations within specific timeframes. Prompt notification ensures we can take action on your behalf. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Delays: While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, transport disruptions, industrial action, or customs procedures. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and keep customers informed where possible.
Customs Duties & Refused Shipments: If the recipient refuses to pay any applicable customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, any costs incurred for return shipping, customs processing, storage, or carrier handling fees will be deducted from the refund. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. If return charges exceed the value of the goods, we reserve the right to withhold the refund.
Incorrect Address & Uncollected Parcels: Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Failure to collect the parcel from a designated parcel shop or delivery point within the required timeframe
we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs and any return shipping or handling fees incurred from the refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in such circumstances.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local collection point. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the courier's instructions to ensure successful delivery. Failure to respond to delivery notifications may result in the parcel being returned to us.

Returns

Items can be returned to us within 60 days of purchase in a clean, undamaged, unused and resaleable condition (including original packaging).
For overseas customers, we've partnered with ReBOUND to make returns simple and more affordable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return. More details.
