The Equilibrium Hind & Hock Magnetic Chaps has magnets where you want them in these magnetic hock boots designed to support mobility, aid joint function and maintain healthy tendons. Ideal for horses prone to fluid filled legs in the stable, those with chronic tendon problems or suffer from hock arthritis, splints, bone chips, and general knocks and bumps.

Do not apply magnets on open wounds, bruises, areas of inflammation or for the first 5 days following steroid injections.

MATERIALS:

Made of a nylon inner and outer, with polyester fill. The fill provides enough warmth and padding, but is not too thick, so the boot remains flexible and comfortable, while providing some warmth but not overheating the legs.
The inner layer is completely velcro receptive too, so that our magnets can be placed anywhere throughout the boots – including over the hock joint.
Four Magnets are supplied with each pair of boots. They are reasonably thin and flat, yet extremely flexible. This allows them to mould to the horses’ legs, should they need to be placed over a joint. Supplied in a small pouch, they can be placed anywhere within the magnetic boot lining with the simple hook and loop attachment. This allows you to target the magnets exactly where your horse needs them.

TECHNOLOGY:

The body’s cells have electromagnetic properties, which means they can be affected by a magnetic field. The magnets used in these Magnetic Hind and Hock Boots for horses and present two alternating poles to the body, negative and positive, making them different to standard neodymium magnets, which present only one pole. These strong, linear and permanent magnetic fields of alternating pole sequences penetrate into the body tissue.

All orders are dispatched from our EU warehouse. In some cases, stock may need to be transferred from our UK warehouse to our EU warehouse before onward distribution. If this is required, delivery may take slightly longer. This will be highlighted in your bag during checkout.
Delivery Issues: If you experience any issue with your delivery, please contact us within 2 weeks of your dispatch date, so we can help resolve it quickly. Our delivery partners require us to raise any loss or damage investigations within specific timeframes. Prompt notification ensures we can take action on your behalf. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Delays: While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, transport disruptions, industrial action, or customs procedures. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and keep customers informed where possible.
Customs & Duties: Deliveries within the EU are not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes.
Incorrect Address & Uncollected Parcels: Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Failure to collect the parcel from a designated parcel shop or delivery point within the required timeframe
we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs and any return shipping or handling fees incurred from the refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in such circumstances.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local collection point. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the courier's instructions to ensure successful delivery. Failure to respond to delivery notifications may result in the parcel being returned to us.
Back-order Supplier Orders: If an item is being sourced from one of our suppliers, estimated delivery is approximately 10–15 working days from the date of order. Once the stock has been received into our EU warehouse, it will be dispatched to you as quickly as possible. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by supplier processing times or transport delays beyond our control.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to overseas countries (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Reunion Islands, New Caledonia and Polynesia). We apologise for this inconvenience.

Returns

Items can be returned to us within 60 days of purchase in a clean, undamaged, unused and resaleable condition (including original packaging).
For overseas customers, we've partnered with ReBOUND to make returns simple and more affordable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return. More details.
