How do I attach the MotionAir to my Motion3 body protector?

There are three anchor points used to attach the MotionAir to the Motion3, an anchor key behind the trigger and on both shoulders. It's important to connect them properly.

Can I take Motion3 & MotionAir on and off as one?

Once the MotionAir is attached to the Motion3 body protector using three anchor points they can be take on and off as one.

Can the MotionAir be worn alone?

We recommend the MotionAir is always worn with the Motion3 body protector. We cannot guarantee the speed of inflation when worn without the Motion3, and for the air jacket to not move, twist or turn on triggering, altering the area of protection.

Can the MotionAir be customised?

The MotionAir comes in navy, however, our custom body protector covers have been updated with the option to fit over the MotionAir. These can be customised with a variety of patterns, colours or even with your own branding.

What canisters do I need for my MotionAir?

Is there a minimum weight to wear a MotionAir?

Riders must weigh more than 35 kg to wear the MotionAir.

If you MotionAir gets dirty, clean with a soft cloth slightly soaked in soap. Do not use bleach or detergents and do not machine wash.

All orders are dispatched from our EU warehouse. In some cases, stock may need to be transferred from our UK warehouse to our EU warehouse before onward distribution. If this is required, delivery may take slightly longer. This will be highlighted in your bag during checkout.

Our delivery partners require us to raise any loss or damage investigations within specific timeframes. Prompt notification ensures we can take action on your behalf. Delays: While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, transport disruptions, industrial action, or customs procedures. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and keep customers informed where possible.
Customs & Duties: Deliveries within the EU are not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes.
Incorrect Address & Uncollected Parcels: Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Failure to collect the parcel from a designated parcel shop or delivery point within the required timeframe
we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs and any return shipping or handling fees incurred from the refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in such circumstances.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local collection point. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the courier's instructions to ensure successful delivery. Failure to respond to delivery notifications may result in the parcel being returned to us.
Back-order Supplier Orders: If an item is being sourced from one of our suppliers, estimated delivery is approximately 10–15 working days from the date of order. Once the stock has been received into our EU warehouse, it will be dispatched to you as quickly as possible. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by supplier processing times or transport delays beyond our control.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to overseas countries (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Reunion Islands, New Caledonia and Polynesia). We apologise for this inconvenience.

Returns

Items can be returned to us within 60 days of purchase in a clean, undamaged, unused and resaleable condition (including original packaging).
