Country Fashion Styles for Ariat Boots

We all love our country attire, but it can be hard to find an outfit that’s practical as well as pretty. Ariat are well known for their beautiful, high-quality boots, incorporating unique technologies and designs to give you the ultimate country look, without sacrificing on practicality. I was lucky enough to try the following boots to see how they fit and, of course, help you out with picking the best boots for nailing that country style.

Ariat Wexford H20 Boots (Cordovan)

The first boot we look at from Ariat is the Wexford H20. The Wexford is a short, Chelsea style, all leather, waterproof boot. Perfect for the country fashion look with jeans or a skirt, whether you’re heading to an equestrian event, or even to the pub for Sunday Lunch.

We stock this boot in the lovely Cordovan, a deep burgundy which is a great colour to match with any outfit. The leather features Ariat’s Waterproof Pro™ technology ensuring your feet not only look the part, but stay dry whatever the weather throws at you. The Wexford also features Ariat’s ATS (Advanced Torque Stability) sole technology, making these boots great for stability and comfort. The ATS tech helps cushion your foot as you move and promotes good posture.

The boot features a handy pull tag on the back, at the top of the heel, making it super easy to slip the boot on. As well as this, the stretch panels on each side help the boot shape to your foot, creating the optimal fit. Like me, you might find some boots are too tight towards your toes. The round toe shape makes the boot comfortable for people with a wider foot, as well as the stretch panels that help to mould the boot around your foot. These two features help create the perfect fit for all.
I loved wearing these boots to the yard, and through day-to-day activities. I often paired these with a pair of jeans, creating a country fashion style whilst staying practical. One thing I noticed when first started to wear the boots was the minimal break in time. As you know, we all dread breaking in new leather boots – but these were a dream to break in, thanks to the soft, high quality leather. I also received quite a few compliments!
Designed with an elegant plaid lining, traditional twin gore style and a durable non-rubber sole, these boots really do hit the mark for country fashion!

Ariat Alora Boots

The second boot I tried is the women’s Alora boot. The Alora is made from premium unlined waterproof nubuck or leather, stocked in two colours with the choice of chestnut or cordovan leather. Both colours are easy to style and go with any outfit for an equestrian or country event, or even just for a walk around town. These boots are a tall, elegant, slim fitting boot featuring a full-length, curved zip which makes getting them on and off really simple.

The Alora features the same ATS technology as the Wexford above, which we know helps stability and posture, but the moisture wicking footbed also provides dry, cool comfort. This contributes to the practicality of these gorgeous boots, as you can wear them in any weather condition. On the subject of Ariat technology, these boots also feature non-marking Duratread™ soles, which combines wear-resistance with maximal comfort. This also makes the sole resistant to things like oils, and slips – again, perfect for any condition!

With the touch of braiding on the top and the tassel detail, these boots finish off the perfect country style. The top buckle closure helps to keep the zip tidy, and prevents the zip from sliding down or being caught whilst keep a stylish county look. In my opinion, a great design! I have styled these with a pair of blue jeans and a jacket – I was extra comfortable and warm. These are stylish enough for smart occasions, but include all of Ariat’s technologies and features which make them extremely practical too.

Both pairs of boots are perfect for the all-year-round stylish country look, so it’s down to you whether you prefer the smart, Chelsea style or the longer, savvy country look.
