What inspired the Tri-Zone All Sports Boots?
Brushing boots are traditionally used across all disciplines. However in general, they tend to only provide protection from brushing and are made from a non-breathable neoprene. We wanted to create something that could truly be used for any activity, with all round protection. Alongside this protection, we wanted to ensure maximum comfort for the horse, as well as taking into account leg health. Therefore, the super lightweight, breathable, flexible and protective boot known as All Sports Boots was born!

The boot design uses a four-layer system, each chosen for their unique properties.
The first layer is provides a inner lining that sits against the horses' leg. Made from perforated EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate), the liner sits comfortably against the leg. The perforations allow heat to escape and aids breathability, while the flexibility of the material allows it to mould to the horses' leg.
Layer two is a strong nylon mesh. This adds another layer of protection to the sports boots, but also stops any debris making its way into the boot towards your horses' leg.
Layer three is the internal guard made from vinyl - a strong, durable and moisture resistant material. This layer is placed over the vulnerable tendon area and is made with strips of material to allow it to mould around the horses leg. This allows the horse to move freely without the feeling of a ‘splint’.
Lastly, the outer layer is a EVA waffle. Commonly used in the soles of human shoes and as padding on sports equipment, this material is durable, breathable, and protective! We’ve made sure it's easy to clean and maintain too!

D'où vient l'inspiration pour les guêtres Tri-Zone All Sports
Les guêtres anti-frottements sont traditionnellement utilisées dans toutes les disciplines. Cependant, elles ne protègent généralement que contre les frottements et sont fabriquées en néoprène non respirant. Nous voulions créer un produit pouvant véritablement être utilisé pour n’importe quelle activité, offrant une protection complète. Outre cette protection, nous souhaitions garantir un confort maximal au cheval, tout en tenant compte de la santé de ses membres. C’est ainsi qu’est né le guêtre ultra-léger, respirant, souple et protecteur connu sous le nom d’All Sports Boots !

La conception de ces guêtres repose sur un système à quatre couches, chacune choisie pour ses propriétés uniques.
La première couche constitue une doublure intérieure qui épouse la jambe du cheval. Fabriquée en EVA (éthylène-acétate de vinyle) perforé, cette doublure épouse confortablement la jambe. Les perforations permettent à la chaleur de s'échapper et favorisent la respirabilité, tandis que la souplesse du matériau lui permet de s'adapter parfaitement à la jambe du cheval.
La deuxième couche est constituée d’un maillage en nylon résistant. Elle ajoute une protection supplémentaire aux guêtres de sport, tout en empêchant les débris de pénétrer à l’intérieur de la guêtre et d’atteindre la jambe de votre cheval.
La troisième couche est la protection interne en vinyle, un matériau solide, durable et résistant à l’humidité. Placée sur la zone vulnérable du tendon, cette couche est composée de bandes de tissu qui lui permettent de s’adapter parfaitement à la jambe du cheval. Le cheval peut ainsi se déplacer librement sans avoir la sensation de porter une « attelle ».
Enfin, la couche extérieure est en EVA gaufré. Couramment utilisé dans les semelles de chaussures et comme rembourrage sur les équipements sportifs, ce matériau est résistant, respirant et protecteur ! Nous avons également veillé à ce qu’il soit facile à nettoyer et à entretenir !
