The boot’s strength and durability stems from the 5.5mm neoprene from which it’s made. Neoprene is a closed cell foam that absorbs shock very well. Because it’s a closed cell foam, it doesn’t absorb water so the boots don’t fill up and keep their light weight even in the wet. Meanwhile, holes measured to an optimum size are positioned in the boots to allow air flow.

It’s a superb performer that can be used for daily wear as well as in competitions. Whatever the terrain or conditions where you’re planning to use it, this robust boot takes it on.

Woof Wear boots keep in position thanks to the effective double lock fastening system. This consists of two wide, high density straps which are placed in order – first the inner soft strap, then the durable outer – to keep the boot securely in place.

They rate highly in protection, with the bonus of good fit around the fetlocks so that area is protected as well.

These boots can be worn on either back or front legs. They’re easy care too, being washable at 30°C with a short spin afterwards.

All orders are dispatched from our EU warehouse. In some cases, stock may need to be transferred from our UK warehouse to our EU warehouse before onward distribution. If this is required, delivery may take slightly longer. This will be highlighted in your bag during checkout.
Delivery Issues: If you experience any issue with your delivery, please contact us within 2 weeks of your dispatch date, so we can help resolve it quickly. Our delivery partners require us to raise any loss or damage investigations within specific timeframes. Prompt notification ensures we can take action on your behalf. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Delays: While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, transport disruptions, industrial action, or customs procedures. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and keep customers informed where possible.
Customs & Duties: Deliveries within the EU are not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes.
Incorrect Address & Uncollected Parcels: Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Failure to collect the parcel from a designated parcel shop or delivery point within the required timeframe
we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs and any return shipping or handling fees incurred from the refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in such circumstances.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local collection point. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the courier's instructions to ensure successful delivery. Failure to respond to delivery notifications may result in the parcel being returned to us.
Back-order Supplier Orders: If an item is being sourced from one of our suppliers, estimated delivery is approximately 10–15 working days from the date of order. Once the stock has been received into our EU warehouse, it will be dispatched to you as quickly as possible. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by supplier processing times or transport delays beyond our control.

Returns

Items can be returned to us within 60 days of purchase in a clean, undamaged, unused and resaleable condition (including original packaging).
For overseas customers, we've partnered with ReBOUND to make returns simple and more affordable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return. More details.
