How To Wear HelmetConnect:

  • Put HelmetConnect on your harness before putting your helmet on.
  • HelmetConnect is designed to be worn on the left ear, but can be worn on the right ear if needed. The curve of the device should sit in the curve of your helmet.
  • Ensure helmet chin strap is correctly done up (this will pull the device against your ear properly).
  • HelmetConnect should sit on the inside of your harness.

Our delivery partners require us to raise any loss or damage investigations within specific timeframes. Prompt notification ensures we can take action on your behalf.   • Delays: While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, transport disruptions, industrial action, or customs procedures. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and keep customers informed where possible.
  • Customs Duties & Import Taxes: International shipments outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees, which are determined by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing your order.
  • Refused or Undeliverable Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or import charges, or if a parcel is returned to us due to:
    • Failure to pay customs fees
    • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
    • Failure to collect the parcel from a courier depot or collection point
    any return shipping costs, customs charges, clearance fees, storage fees, or carrier handling charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. If return charges exceed the value of the goods, we reserve the right to withhold the refund.

Items can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase in a clean, undamaged, unused and resaleable condition (including original packaging).

If a replacement is urgent, it is quickest to place a new order online first, then return the existing item marked for a refund. For returns outside of this criteria, call Customer Services on 844-346-8683 or email help@thedrillshed.com.
