Equestrian Customer Service Advisor
The Role
Department: Customer Services.
Reporting to: Customer Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including telephone manner and accurate written work.
- Answering inbound calls.
- Replying to inbound emails.
- Answering inbound live chat requests.
- Respond to all customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- To keep the customer well informed of any update regarding their enquiry or order.
- To adhere to department and company policies, procedures and service levels.
- Advanced product knowledge.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage own workload
- Ability to work without the need of supervision.
- Assisting the ecomm team in finding images, product descriptions and any other important information for website listings.
- Running the show room on a day-to-day basis, assisting customers with any queries and fittings.
- Attend helmet, body protector and boot fitting training regularly to be able to fit customers instore.
