How does it work?

When purchasing an item from either the Field or Net relief range, you have the chance of buying a promotional pack. Promotional packs are recognisable due to a golden sticker on the front of the packaging, where you'll then find a golden ticket inside! This gives you a chance to win some amazing prizes, such as signed goods, event tickets, free subscriptions, and more. All you need to do is scratch off the golden ticket and enter a code into the Equilibrium Products website, to find out if you are a winner. Packs will also include QR codes, visible on the sticker, and the golden ticket inside the packaging.

If items need to be returned, they will only be accepted if the Golden Ticket is intact and un-scratched, and unused (warranty reasons excluded).

"The competition must end 23.59pm 3rd October 2022. Any tickets redeemed after this time may not be valid. Some individual prizes must be claimed before this date (full details of these can be found in our full terms and conditions) Please be aware you may be asked for a photo of your winning ticket, as well as proof of purchase of a qualifying product when claiming your prize. We reserve the right to remove, change or exchange prizes in the event of any changes in circumstance to either Equilibrium Products or the 3rd party providing the prize.
