What inspired the Tri-Zone All Sports Boots?
Brushing boots are traditionally used across all disciplines. However in general, they tend to only provide protection from brushing and are made from a non-breathable neoprene. We wanted to create something that could truly be used for any activity, with all round protection. Alongside this protection, we wanted to ensure maximum comfort for the horse, as well as taking into account leg health. Therefore, the super lightweight, breathable, flexible and protective boot known as All Sports Boots was born!

The boot design uses a four-layer system, each chosen for their unique properties.
The first layer is provides a inner lining that sits against the horses' leg. Made from perforated EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate), the liner sits comfortably against the leg. The perforations allow heat to escape and aids breathability, while the flexibility of the material allows it to mould to the horses' leg.
Layer two is a strong nylon mesh. This adds another layer of protection to the sports boots, but also stops any debris making its way into the boot towards your horses' leg.
Layer three is the internal guard made from vinyl - a strong, durable and moisture resistant material. This layer is placed over the vulnerable tendon area and is made with strips of material to allow it to mould around the horses leg. This allows the horse to move freely without the feeling of a ‘splint’.
Lastly, the outer layer is a EVA waffle. Commonly used in the soles of human shoes and as padding on sports equipment, this material is durable, breathable, and protective! We’ve made sure it's easy to clean and maintain too!

Was war die Inspiration für die Tri-Zone All Sports Boots
Bürstengamaschen werden traditionell in allen Disziplinen verwendet. Im Allgemeinen bieten sie jedoch nur Schutz vor dem Bürsten und sind aus nicht atmungsaktivem Neopren gefertigt. Wir wollten etwas schaffen, das wirklich für jede Aktivität verwendet werden kann und einen Rundumschutz bietet. Neben diesem Schutz wollten wir auch maximalen Komfort für das Pferd gewährleisten und die Gesundheit der Beine berücksichtigen. So entstand der superleichte, atmungsaktive, flexible und schützende Stiefel All Sports Boots!

Das Design des Stiefels basiert auf einem vierschichtigen System, wobei jede Schicht aufgrund ihrer einzigartigen Eigenschaften ausgewählt wurde.
Die erste Schicht besteht aus einem Innenfutter, das sich an das Bein des Pferdes anschmiegt. Das aus perforiertem EVA (Ethylen-Vinyl-Acetat) hergestellte Innenfutter liegt bequem am Bein an. So kann sich das Pferd frei bewegen, ohne das Gefühl einer "Schiene" zu haben.
Die äußere Schicht besteht aus einem EVA-Waffelmaterial. Dieses Material wird häufig in den Sohlen von Schuhen für Menschen und als Polsterung bei Sportgeräten verwendet und ist haltbar, atmungsaktiv und schützend! Wir haben dafür gesorgt, dass es auch leicht zu reinigen und zu pflegen ist!
